We do great work, we communicate clearly, and we treat every project like it matters — because it does. These terms just make sure we're on the same page before we get started.

Who this applies to

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Grace After Grit, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a web design and creative services business based in Seminole, Florida, operating in partnership with Up Top Studio. By hiring us or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

Grace After Grit provides web design, branding, logo design, business card design, social media management, and related creative services. The specific scope of every project is agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Quotes & pricing

All projects begin with a custom quote. Our standard labor rate is $30 per hour. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We'll never start work or charge you anything without your approval first.

Payment

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion before final files are delivered
• Invoices not paid within 14 days may pause work on your project

Revisions

We want you to love the final result. Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your quote. Significant changes to the original scope may be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

To keep things moving smoothly, we ask that you:

• Provide content, images, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you give us to use
• Review and approve work at agreed-upon milestones

Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials may affect your project timeline.

Intellectual property

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their own licenses.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information private. We won't share details about your project with anyone outside our team without your permission.

Limitation of liability

Grace After Grit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
